Fengshui and Children’s Rooms


Using Fengshui for children’s rooms can create a harmonious space that encourages study, learning, play, and relaxation, and that result in a happy and healthy child.
The following are some Fengshui tips for children’s rooms:

1. Add a study desk to the child’s room. Position the desk near the door so that you can monitor what they are doing.

2. Hang a bulletin board over the desk to display achievements or awards that your child receives. This help to motivate them in learning. Assist your child update his/ her display regularly.

3. Place family photos in the child’s room. Pictures of parents, grandparents, and happy family gatherings help communicate love and security to a child.
4. To encourage sleep, buy them a good bed and never place a computer in the their room.
5. Avoid letting pets sleep in a children’s room.

6. If your children share a room, give each a separate area in the space to call his or her own.
7. Children’s bed should have its headboard against a solid wall. Make sure there is room to walk around each side of the bed.
8. Fresh air is a must for good Fengshui in any space. Monitor the air quality in your children's room and open the windows often.
9. Clean the space of your child regularly so that they can rest and be creative.
